Okay it have been hell for the SJAB ppl today,
went to training,
quite stress.
Cause cnt memorise the pledge.
Then fall in under the hot sun.
Then after fall out then ran up to 3rd floor link way.
Damn tired sia.

Then did lots of foot drill, but all seem to be the same.
Thens we did 5 mistakes thn tio punishment.
Run the school 3 runs.

Then after that went to slack at mac.
